Established in 1970, the current Partners have some 42 years experience between them in the Financial Services industry. JDC IFA’s ethos is to provide unbiased financial advice in a simple, jargon free manner.

We are also Independent Mortgage Advisers who specialise in arranging financing for people using affordable home ownership schemes. We've been working closely with Housing Associations and Local Authorities who operate these schemes, since the mid 1980s to encourage and develop affordable home ownership schemes for first-time buyers.

Our professional approach and ability to explain things in a jargon free manner has been recognised by various groups within this Industry and we are now on the panels of most of the major Housing Associations in the South East. We are currently arranging in excess of 500 mortgages per annum for low cost housing schemes and Key Workers, which makes us one of the largest brokers in this field.
